公路空心板桥定期检测评定结果统计及分析 被引量:4

摘要 公路桥梁在运营期间由于受到内外因素影响,桥梁构件产生劣化从而危害结构安全.空心板桥是公路中小跨径最常用的桥型,为了让检测人员在桥梁定期检查中高效且准确地检测此类桥型的常见病害及其发生部位,文中收集了82座浙江省嘉兴市公路空心板桥梁的定期检测结果,对空心板桥梁荷载等级、服役时间、技术状况等级、病害种类、病害部位等数据进行统计分析,并剖析了公路空心板桥梁各典型病害产生的原因.研究结果表明:①在桥龄相同的情况下,桥梁结构评定等级与荷载等级无明显联系;②裂缝、锈胀露筋、渗水是空心板桥最为常见的三种病害;③根据空心板桥梁结构受力特点及材料性质对各病害产生机理进行了分析,为此类桥梁的后续管养提供有益参考. Due to the influence of the internal and external factors during the operation of highway bridge,its bridge components will deteriorate and thereby endanger structural safety.The hollow slab bridge is the most commonly used bridge type in medium and small span of highway.In order to enable inspectors to detect the common diseases of such bridge type and their locations efficiently and accurately during the regular inspections,the periodic inspection results of 82 highway hollow slab bridges in Jiaxing City,Zhejiang Province are collected,and the load level,service year,technical status level,disease types and disease locations of these bridges are analyzed in this paper.In addition,the causes of typical diseases are analyzed.The results show that:①Under the same bridge service year,there is no obvious relationship between the rating of the bridge structure and the load level;②Cracks,corrosion expansion and seepage are the most three common diseases of hollow slab bridges;③The mechanism of each disease are analyzed on the basis of the stress characteristics and material properties of these hollow slab bridges,which provides useful references for the subsequent management and maintenance of such bridges.
