摘要
目的:探讨分析螺旋CT容积扫描在临床中诊断胸廓骨骨折的价值。方法:选择于2015年3月~2018年4月到某院治疗的胸廓骨骨折患者180例,均进行CT轴位扫描、3D图像扫描、X线扫描,并对CT轴位扫描、3D图像、X线的图像进行分析。结果:将CT周围扫描图像作为金标准,X线诊断方式的特异度以及灵敏度分别为66.7%、61.6%;3D图像容积重建的特异度以及灵敏度分别为87.5%、98.6%。3D图像容积重建的特异度以及灵敏度显著优于X线诊断方式(P<0.05)。结论:在临床中对于胸廓骨骨折选择螺旋CT容积扫描法进行扫描的价值理想,能够有效准确显示出骨折的具体位置,可为下一步治疗提供基础。
Objective:To evaluate the value of spiral CT volume scan in the diagnosis of thoracic fracture.Methods:180 patients with thoracic fractures in a hospital from March 2015 to April 2018 were selected.All of them underwent axial CT scanning,3D image scanning and X-ray scanning.The axial CT scan-ning,3D image and X-ray image were analyzed.Results:Using peripheral CT images as the gold standard,the specificity and sensitivity of X-ray diagnosis were 66.7%and 61.6%respectively,and the specificity and sensitivity of 3D image volume reconstruction were 87.5%and 98.6%respectively.The specificity and sensitivity of volume rendering of 3D images were significantly better than those of X-ray diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the spiral CT volumetric scanning method is ideal for thoracic fractures,which can effectively and accurately show the specific location of the fracture and provide a basis for the next treatment.
