摘要
目的:对比分析超声诊断与X线检查对小儿髋关节的诊断价值。方法:选取2018年6月—2019年6月期间我院所收治的小儿髋关节发育不良的患儿(n=80),采用数字随机表法将其分为实验1组和实验2组,每组40例。结果:实验1组的患儿X线检查符合率为47.5%,实验2组的患儿超声检查诊断符合率为70.0%,明显高于实验1组(P<0.05);超声Graf法敏感度以及特异度、符合率、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为86.9%、100%、92.5%、100%、83.5%。结论:小儿髋关节超声检查比X线检查准确率更高,值得推广和使用。
Objective To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasonography and X-ray examination for hip joint in children.Methods From June 2018 to June 2019,40 children with hip dysplasia in our hospital were divided into experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 by digital random table method.Results The coincidence rate of X-ray examination was 47.5%in group 1 and 70.0%in group 2,which was significantly higher than that in group 1(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,coincidence rate,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of Graf method were 86.9%,100%,92.5%,100%and 83.5%respectively.Conclusion Ultrasound examination of hip joint in children has higher accuracy than X-ray examination,and it is worth popularizing and using.
