摘要 为解决大佛寺煤矿瓦斯电厂低浓度发电机组开式冷却系统在运行过程中冷却效果较差,进而造成发电机组运行效率低的问题,对现有冷却系统存在的缺点进行了剖析。详述了闭式冷却系统的改造措施,对卧式多风扇水箱闭式冷却系统的运行模式、经济效益进行了分析比较。通过实际工程改造及试运行效果得出,发电机组闭式冷却系统冷却效果更好,发电效率明显提高,且系统安装运行操作灵活、施工要求低、建造成本少、运行稳定,可为同类瓦斯发电项目提供改造思路。 In order to solve the problem of poor cooling effect of open cooling system of low concentration generating units in Gas Power Plant of Dafosi coal mine,which results in low operating efficiency of generating units,the shortcomings of existing cooling system were analyzed.Based on the renovation scheme of the cooling system,the operation mode and economic benefit of the horizontal multi-fan water tank closed cooling system were analyzed and compared.The trial operation results show that the cooling effect of the closed cooling system is better,the power generation efficiency is obviously improved,the system installation and operation is flexible,the construction requirements are low,the construction cost is low,and the operation is stable,which can provide transformation ideas for other similar gas power generation projects.
