摘要
针对施工过程中进度延误频发的问题,通过规范研究、文献统计和案例分析的方式对建设工程施工进度延误的影响因素进行了归纳整理,共识别出了18个影响因素,将影响因素从建设单位、施工单位、设计单位、监理单位及环境因素等方面进行划分。运用解释结构模型方法(ISM)构建了进度延误影响因素的层次结构模型,揭示了各影响因素之间的关系。研究表明,地质勘察报告的准确性与组织协调能力是最深层次的原因,根据研究结果,提出了预防施工进度延误的相应对策,旨在保证施工计划的有效实施。
Whereas the frequent delays in the construction process,this paper summarized the influencing factors for construction schedule delays through standards and regulations research,literature statistics and case analysis,and identified 18 influencing factors,and divided them according to the development units and construction units,design units,supervision units and environmental fields.The hierarchical structure model of the factors affecting schedule delay was constructed by using the Interpretative Structural Model(ISM)method,and the relationship between the influencing factors was revealed.The research indicates that the accuracy and organization coordination ability of the geological survey report is the deepest reason.According to the research results,corresponding countermeasures for mitigating construction delay are proposed to ensure the effective implementation of the construction plan.
