摘要
目的:探究并比较栽培大花胡麻草根、茎、叶、花、混合样中2种环烯醚萜苷的含量差异。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定栽培大花胡麻草不同部位(根、茎、叶、花、混合样)中桃叶珊瑚苷和梓醇的含量,并分析2种活性成分在植株内的分布规律。结果:桃叶珊瑚苷在栽培大花胡麻草不同部位中均有分布,桃叶珊瑚苷的平均含量(mg/g)具体为根(0.930)>叶(0.390)>混合样(0.320)>茎(0.040)>花(0.004),根中含量约是花中含量的232.5倍;梓醇在栽培大花胡麻草的茎中未检出,在其他部位均有分布,梓醇的平均含量(mg/g)具体为叶(10.838)>花(1.851)>混合样(0.726)>根(0.156),叶中含量约是根中含量的69.5倍。结论:2种环烯醚萜苷成分在栽培大花胡麻草植株内的含量分布不一致,在不同部位中的含量均存在显著差异(P<0.05),为栽培大花胡麻草不同部位的合理利用提供参考。
Objective To study and compare the content differences of two iridoid glycosides in the roots,stems,leaves,flowers and mixed samples of cultivated Centranthera grandiflora Benth.Method High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine the contents of aucubin and catalpol in different parts(roots,stems,leaves,flowers,mixed samples)of cultivated Centranthera grandiflora Benth,and the distribution law of the two active components in the plant was analyzed.Result The aucubin was distributed in different parts of cultivated Centranthera grandiflora Benth.the average content(mg/g)of aucubin was root(0.930)>leaf(0.390)>mixed sample(0.320)>stem(0.040)>flower(0.004),and the content in root was 232.5 times of that in flower.Catalpol was not detected in the stem of the cultivated Centranthera grandiflora Benth,but was distributed in other parts.the average content of catalpol(mg/g)was leaf(10.838)>flower(1.851)>mixed sample(0.726)>root(0.156),and the content in leaf was about 69.5 times of that in root.Conclusion The content distribution of the two iridoid glycosides in the cultivated Centranthera grandiflora Benth plants is inconsistent,and the content in different parts is significantly different(P<0.05),which provides a reference for the reasonable utilization of different parts of cultivated Centranthera grandiflora Benth.
