摘要
风力发电机组用扭矩限制器做为高速轴联轴器的一部分,安装在靠近发电机侧,具有过载保护的功能。可有效的切断低电压穿越、电机短路时产生的极大的扭矩,减少对传动系统的损伤。对扭矩限制器的结构设计理论进行分析,展示了实验过程中出现的现象,并进一步对扭矩限制器的扭矩标定方法进行了探讨。通过摩擦片的选用,扭矩限制器可通过耐磨疲劳试验60000°,打滑阀值变化率不超过15%。
The torque limiter for wind turbines is used as a part of the high speed coupling and is mounted close to the generator side for overload protection.It can effectively cut off the extremely high torque generated by low voltage ride through or short circuit of the motor,and reduce the damage to the transmission system.In this paper,the structural design theory of torque limiter is analyzed,and the phenomenon occurs during the test is also demonstrated.The calibration method for the slip limit value of the torque limiter is discussed.The torque limiter can pass the wear fatigue test of 60000°by selecting different friction plates,and the change rate of slip threshold value does not exceed 15%.
