摘要
针对风力发电机前底架复杂的几何外形、载荷与边界条件,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS并结合疲劳分析软件ANSYS Ncode Designlife,分析极限强度与疲劳寿命的数值方法,研究前底架多轴疲劳特性与疲劳寿命分析,研究底架材料的S-N曲线定义和各工况随机载荷谱的分析处理方法,为风力发电机的前底架极限强度和寿命分析提供了有效的分析方法。
In view of the complex geometric shape,load and boundary conditions of the front chassis of wind turbine,the numerical analysis method of ultimate strength and fatigue life is studied by using the finite element analysis software ABAQUS and ANSYS Ncode Designlife in this paper.The multiaxial fatigue characteristics and fatigue life analysis method of the front chassis are studied;the definition of S-N curve of the chassis material and the analysis and processing method of the random load spectrum under different working conditions are studied.It provides an effective analysis method for the ultimate strength and life analysis of the front chassis of wind turbines.
