摘要
台区配电工作智能化是供电网络未来发展的一种趋势,针对当前台区电力计量装置控制故障率过高的问题,设计了一种智能化的控制系统。电力计量装置智能控制系统的总体框架由主控制层、子系统层和用户层构成,其中布置于台区的子系统模块是最为关键的部分,子系统的硬件部分由MCU模块、电源管理模块、无线网络管理模块、射频管理模块和电量计量模块等部分构成,并分别给出了MCU模块和射频驱动模块的电路结构;从软件层面上分析,电力计量装置智能控制系统在具备主控程序的同时,每一个子模块都各自有运行程序,可以采用多种方式清除故障预警,保证智能控制系统的始终维持在一个较低的故障率水平。采样分析结果表明,在提出的智能控制系统下电力计量装置的故障率水平可以被控制在1%以下,低于传统控制模式下的2.29%。
Intelligent distribution work is a trend in the future.To solve the problem of high failure rate of current power metering devices,an intelligent control system is designed.The overall framework of intelligent control system for power metering device is composed of main control layer,subsystem layer and user layer.The subsystem module arranged in the platform area is the most critical part.The hardware part of the subsystem is composed of MCU module,power management module,wireless network management module,radio frequency management module and power metering module.The MCU module and radio frequency module are given respectively.From the software level,the control system has the main control program,and each sub-module has its own operation program.It can use many ways to clear fault warning,so as to ensure that the intelligent control system always maintains a low level of failure rate.Sampling analysis results show that under the proposed intelligent control system,the fault rate level of power metering device can be controlled below 1%,compared with 2.29%under the traditional control mode.
