摘要 针对配电网网架管控平台一般为二维图像的显示,无法真实描述二次网架中各个电力设备的空间信息的问题。文中将GIS技术应用到配电网二次网架管控系统中,并以互联网技术为依托,以及与其他专业系统数据的结合,探讨了基于GIS技术的配电网二次网架管控平台的研究。从设备状态、运维管理和运检指标这3个方面进行管控,实现配电网网架管控的自动化、实时化,做到效率提升,并保障用电安全、稳定的需求。 For the distribution network grid management and control platform is generally a twodimensional image display,can not truly describe the spatial information of each power equipment in the secondary grid.In this paper,GIS technology is applied to the secondary network management and control system of distribution network,and based on Internet technology,combined with other professional system data,the research on the secondary network management and control platform of distribution network based on GIS technology is discussed.The platform manages and controls the three aspects of equipment status,operation and maintenance management and transportation inspection indicators,realizes automation and real-time control of distribution network grid control,achieves efficiency improvement,and guarantees safe and stable power demand for electricity consumption.
