摘要
简要介绍了信息融合技术和模糊函数理论,建立了零序电流比幅法、零序有功功率法、零序电流五次谐波比相法3个故障测度隶属函数和相应的权系统函数。在基于信息融合理论的基础上,运用3种单一选线方法设计了一种故障综合选线方法,并在Matlab/Simulink中建立了配电网单相接地故障模型。仿真结果表明,该方法适用于配电网中性点不接地系统及中性点经消弧线圈接地系统的单相接地故障选线,比单一故障选线方法具有更高的选线准确性。
This paper briefly introduces the information fusion technology and the fuzzy function theory.Besides,it introduces the establishment of the membership functions of the three fault measurements as well as corresponding weight system functions of the zero-sequence current amplitude-comparison method,the zero-sequence active power method and the zero-sequence quintuple harmonic phase-comparison method.Three single line selection methods are used to design a fault integrated line selection method based on the information fusion theory and a single-phase ground fault model of distribution network is established in the Matlab/Simulink.The simulation results show that this method is suitable for the single-phase ground fault line selection of the neutral point ground-free system and the neutral point ground system via the arc cancellation coil,which has higher accuracy than single fault line selection method.
