摘要
结合成昆铁路沙坝安宁河双线特大桥跨安宁河段悬灌梁施工,基于光纤传感技术、Lab-VIEW虚拟仪器技术、云服务平台技术,提出悬灌梁施工综合监测系统,设计了悬灌梁施工监测方案,并对传感器进行了选型和布设安装.基于LabVIEW的多源信息监测平台和WEB端监测平台二者相辅相成,对现场监测信息进行分析处理,并可进行历史数据查询和共享,实现了监测系统现场调试简单和远程操作稳定的双赢.现场实际应用表明,该监测系统良好适应现场情况,能够实时有效反应监测部位变化情况,保证悬灌梁施工安全进行.
Based on optical fiber sensing technology,LabVIEW virtual instrument technology and cloud service platform technology,this paper puts forward a comprehensive monitoring system in the construction of suspension beams,designs a monitoring scheme for the construction of suspension beams,and selects and installs the sensors.The multi-source information monitoring platform which is based on LabVIEW is complementary to the WEB side monitoring platform.The monitoring system can analyze the field monitoring information processing,and query and share historical data.It achieves the win-win result of simple field debugging and stable remote operation of the monitoring system.The field application shows that the monitoring system is well adapted to the field conditions,and can effectively reflect the changes of the monitoring position in real time to ensure the safety of the construction of suspension beams.
