摘要
针对以往现场对于镀锡板连退平整过程中带钢表面焊缝印缺陷的本质与形成机理缺乏系统研究的问题,经过大量的现场实验跟踪与理论研究,结合镀锡板平整过程中工作辊与带材受力及变形特点,采用微观与宏观分析相结合的方法,研究了焊缝印缺陷的本质、形成与消失机理,并在此基础上建立了过焊缝前后工作辊短期粗糙度衰减模型;其次,根据粗糙度复印与遗传理论,建立了焊缝印长度预测模型,并利用迭代法求解焊缝印长度;再次,分别研究了焊缝厚度、平整过焊缝过程中的轧制压力、过焊缝前轧辊粗糙度和平整过程带钢表面粗糙度的复印率4个因素对焊缝印长度的影响规律。最后,将焊缝印预报模型应用到某1420镀锡板连退平整机组的生产实践进行验证,90%以上带材焊缝印长度的预测值与实际值的相对误差在10%以内,取得了良好的效果。
Aiming at the lack of systematic research on the essence and formation mechanism of tin plate weld mark in the process of continuous annealing and temper rolling,after a lot of experimental tracking and theoretical research,combined with the stress and deformation characteristics of work roll and strip during the temper rolling process of tin plate,and the method of combining micro and macro analysis was adopted,the essence,formation and disappearance mechanism of weld mark defects were studied. On this basis,a short-term roughness attenuation model of work roll before and after passing the weld was established. Secondly,according to the roughness copy and genetic theory,the prediction model of weld mark length was established,and the weld mark length was solved by iteration method. Thirdly,the influence of the four factors,such as weld thickness,rolling force,roll roughness before passing the weld and the copying rate of strip surface roughness on the weld mark length was studied. Finally,the weld mark prediction model was applied to a 1420 tin plate continuous annealing and temper rolling unit to verify that the relative error between the predicted and actual weld mark length of more than90% strips is less than 10%,which achieves good results.
