摘要
基于"癌毒致虚"理论探讨肿瘤恶病质的中医药治疗,指出"癌毒致虚"是肿瘤恶病质的基本病因病机。正虚是恶病质的病理基础,癌毒是恶病质的致病要因。扶正培本是恶病质的根本治法,解毒化癌是恶病质治疗的关键,二者应贯穿恶病质治疗的始终。基于"癌毒致虚"理论治疗肿瘤恶病质的主要中医药疗法有益气补血、清热解毒、化瘀散结、健脾补肾、滋阴温阳、理气消食等。
By discussing the treatment of cancer cachexia with traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of "cancer toxicity causing deficiency",it is pointed out that "cancer toxin causing deficiency"is the basic etiology and pathogenesis of cancer cachexia.Zhengxu is the pathological basis of cachexia,Cancer toxin is the main cause of cachexia.Fuzheng peiben are the fundamental treatment for cachexia.Detoxification of cancer is the key to the treatment of cachexia.Both should run through the treatment of cachexia.The main TCM therapies for cancer cachexia based on the theory of "cancer toxicity causing deficiency"are as follows tonifying Qi and enrich the blood,clearing heat and removing toxicity,dispersing stasis and resolving stagnation,strengthening spleen and tonifying the kidney,nourishing Yin and warming Yang,regulating qi and eliminating food.
