摘要
学习急症处理是全科医师转岗培训急诊教学的重要一环,对培养全科医师处理社区急症具有重要意义。传统的临床教学方法难以改变学生理论知识丰富而临床能力欠缺的现状。翻转课堂教学"课前知识传授,课堂知识内化"的方式有利于全科医师将急诊理论知识与临床实践紧密结合,锻炼其处理临床问题的能力。本文探讨翻转课堂教学模式在全科医师急诊培训中的应用,希望对提高全科医师急诊培训教学水平有一定的参考意义。
The emergency training of general practitioners in rotations is an important part of the clinical teaching. It is of great significance for the training of general practitioners to deal with community emergencies. The traditional clinical teaching method have difficulties in changing the status of students with rich theoretical knowledge and poor clinical abilities to solve problems, flipped class teaching can help students integrate the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice closely, and exercise their abilities to deal with clinical problems through the way of "imparting knowledge before class" and "internalization of class knowledge". This paper discussed the application of flipped class teaching mode in the emergency training of general practitioners, in order to improve the emergency training levels of general practitioners.
