摘要
我国高校绩效管理受到多重制度逻辑的影响,也反向影响或助推多重制度逻辑的演进。在这一个系统的、复杂的和渐进的制度变迁过程中,我国高校绩效管理表现出绩效管理的目标导向与战略定位脱节、业务考核与反馈管控脱节、制度刚性与文化柔性脱节等问题。通过多重制度逻辑视角下绩效管理的外源性模式与内生性模式的分析,提出化"绩效至上"为"绩效导向"、化"短期效应"为"战略驱动"、化单纯的"制度刚性"或单纯的"文化柔性"为"刚柔相济"等策略选择。
The performance management in Chinese colleges and universities is influenced by multiple institutional logicwhich is consisted of socialized university logic, market-oriented government logic and pluralistic cultural logic.It shows divorces including the goal orientation and strategic orientation, business assessment and feedback control, institutional rigidity and cultural flexibility, and so on. Analyses are conducted on the exogenous and endogenous of performance management. A series of strategies have been proposed.
