摘要
采用问卷法和实验法,对100名智力障碍儿童睡眠问题、执行功能和问题行为进行考察,以探讨睡眠问题、执行功能对智力障碍儿童问题行为的影响及作用机制。结果发现:(1)和无睡眠问题的儿童相比,有睡眠问题的智力障碍儿童执行功能水平更低,问题行为更多。(2)智力障碍儿童睡眠问题与执行功能得分之间呈显著负相关,与问题行为得分呈显著正相关,执行功能与问题行为得分之间呈显著负相关。(3)执行功能在睡眠问题和智力障碍儿童的问题行为之间起着部分中介作用。应关注睡眠问题对智力障碍儿童问题行为的影响,以及执行功能在其中的中介作用,以减少智力障碍儿童问题行为的产生。
In order to explore the impact of sleep problems and executive function on children’s problem behaviors and their mechanisms, questionnaires and experiments were used to investigate the sleep problems, executive function and problem behaviors of children(n=100) with intellectual disabilities. The findings are presented as follows:(1) there are significant differences in executive function and problem behaviors between intellectual disability children with or without sleep problems;and(2) there is a significant negative correlation between sleep problems and executive function scores in children with intellectual disabilities, but a significant positive correlation with problem behavior scores, and there is a significant negative correlation between executive function and problem behavior scores;and(3) executive function plays a partial mediator role between sleep problems and problem behaviors of children with intellectual disabilities. In order to reduce problem behaviors of children with intellectual disabilities, more attention should be paid to the impact of sleep problems on these children as well as the mediating role of executive function.
