摘要
针对锥形盖塑料件脱内螺纹的需要,设计了一种四板式三次开模、两次顶出结构热流道注塑模具。模具中,设计了一种六面体差速滑块脱模机构来实施塑料件内螺纹的脱模,机构利用中央三角形驱动块驱动两组不同斜导角的滑动块来实施差动抽芯驱动,由于斜导角不同,两组滑动块在做内收径向运动时存在一定的速度差,将在第一组滑动块和第二组滑动块之间内收产生微小距离,从而能实现两组滑动块同步跟随向中心径向侧抽芯,达到对内壁螺纹抽芯的目的。为实现塑料件内螺纹抽芯机构的运动能够得到执行及顶端内壁的完全脱模,模具设计成三次分型打开、两次顶出四板模形式以驱动脱模机构件联合动作,模具打开时,第一次打开实现塑料件的型腔脱模,第二次打开采用第一次顶出和模板打开同步的形式,驱动六面体差速滑块脱模机构实现塑料件内螺纹的脱模,第三次打开采用第二次顶出和推板同步打开方式,将塑料件从型芯上推出而脱模,实现了塑料件的自动化注塑生产。脱模机构及模具结构对提高塑料件的内螺纹成型质量、降低模具的制造成本,有较好的参考价值。
In order to meet the need of unmoulding internal thread of conical cover plastic part,A 4-plate and 3-time-open mould and 2-time-ejection structure hot runner mould were designed.In the mould,a hexahedral differential slider demoulding mechanism was designed to demould the internal thread of plastic part.The mechanism uses a central triangle driven block to drive two groups of sliders with different oblique guide angles to implement differential core pulling driving.Because of the different oblique guide angles,there is a certain speed difference between the two groups of sliders when they move in the adduction radial di-rection.A small distance is generated between the first group of sliders and the second group of sliders,so that the two groups of slid-ers can synchronously follow the core pulling to the radial side of the center and achieve the purpose of core pulling to the inner wall threads.In order to realize the movement of the inner thread core-pulling mechanism,and complete demoulding of the inner wall at the top of the inner wall,the mould was designed to be opened 3 times by parting and 2 times by ejecting four plates to drive the joint action of the parts of the demoulding mechanism.When the mould was opened,the cavity of the plastic part was demoulded for the first time,and the first ejection was used for the second time.In the form of synchronization with template opening,the hexahedral differential slider demoulding mechanism was driven to realize the demoulding of internal threads of plastic part.The second ejection and push plate synchronization opening is adopted for the third opening,and the plastic parts are pushed out from the core and de-moulded,thus realizing the automatic injection production of plastic part.The mechanism and mould structure have a good reference significance for improving the forming quality of internal thread of plastic part and reducing the manufacturing cost of mould.
