摘要
本文阐述近年来作者对电铲现场采掘操作标准研究与应用,分析电铲现场采掘操作标准的重要性,研究电铲在各种工况条件下的现场采掘操作标准与理论差异,总结现场采掘操作标准关键程序,延长电铲关键部件的使用寿命,解决采掘操作故障频繁发生的技术难题,杜绝电铲司机过载及野蛮操作事故发生,保证电铲安全、高效及稳定的运行,获得良好的经济效益,将在太钢矿山推广。
This paper expounds the research and application of field excavation operation standard of electric shovel in recent years,analyses the importance of field excavation operation standard of electric shovel,studies the difference between field excavation operation standard and theory of electric shovel under various working conditions,summarizes the key procedures of field excavation operation standard,prolongs the service life of key components of electric shovel,and solves the technical problems frequently occurring in excavation operation failure.To eliminate overload and brutal operation accidents of shovel drivers,ensure safe,efficient and stable operation of shovel,and obtain good economic benefits,which will be popularized in Taiyuan Iron and Steel Mine.
