摘要
目的对比探究X线平片、CT及MRI对踝关节运动损伤的诊断价值。方法以2018年6月—2019年6月为研究时间段,将该时间段在该院诊治的踝关节运动损伤患者50例作为研究对象,采集患者X线平片、CT及MRI检查的影像学资料进行统计分析,对比其诊断准确度。结果在诊断准确度上,X线平片为70.00%,低于CT的80.00%,及MRI的84.00%,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在踝关节运动损伤的临床诊断中,CT显示骨质病变,MRI显示骨髓及软组织病变有较高应用价值,而X线平片诊断价值相对较低。
Objective To compare the diagnostic value of X-ray plain film, CT and MRI in ankle joint injury. Methods From June 2018 to June 2019, 50 patients with ankle joint motion injuries treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The imaging data of X-ray plain film, CT and MRI were collected for statistical analysis, and the diagnostic accuracy was compared. Results In terms of diagnostic accuracy, the X-ray plain film was 70.00%, lower than80.00% of CT and 84.00% of MRI. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of ankle joint motion injury, CT shows bone lesions, MRI shows bone marrow and soft tissue lesions with high application value, while X-ray plain film diagnostic value is relatively low.
