摘要
目的研究改善后的急诊治疗流程对下肢股三角内血管损伤患者抢救效果的影响。方法选该院2015年1月-2018年12月收治的下肢股三角内血管损伤100例患者随机分两组,每组50例,研究组采用优化后的急救治疗流程,对照组实施常规急救治疗。对比分析两组抢救效率。结果研究组抢救所用时长及再次出血的患者数量相对于对照组显著下降,而抢救成功率相对于对照组显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改善后的急救治疗流程对抢救下肢股三角内血管损伤患者具有重要的价值,能明显减少抢救所用时长,为下一步治疗赢得更多时间,进而提高患者的抢救成功率。
Objective To study the effect of improved emergency treatment procedure on the rescue effect of patients with vascular injury in the lower extremity. Methods 100 patients with vascular injury in the lower extremity of the femur were randomly divided into two groups, 50 in each group,from January 2015 to December 2018. The study group used the optimized first-aid treatment procedure and the control group received routine first-aid treatment. The rescue efficiency of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The number of patients used in the study group and the number of rebleeding patients decreased significantly compared with the control group, and the success rate of rescue was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The improved first-aid treatment process is of great value in the rescue of patients with vascular injury in the lower extremity of the femur. It can significantly reduce the length of time spent on rescue and win more time for the next treatment, thus improving the patient’s success rate.
