摘要
目的 探讨康复指导在瘫痪后下肢运动患者中的护理效果及对自我效能的影响.方法 选择2017年5月—2018年12月治疗的下肢瘫痪患者76例作为对象,随机分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38).对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合康复治疗,4个月护理后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组肢体功能、自我效能及满意度.结果 观察组护理后1、2、3及4个月肢体功能评分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后15 d日常生活、健康行为、遵医行为、情绪管理评分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后4个月护理方法 、康复指导形式、指导内容、护理服务态度及总体满意度,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 康复指导用于瘫痪后下肢运动中有助于改善患者肢体功能,能提高患者自我效能及护理满意度,值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the nursing effect of rehabilitation guidance in patients with paralysis of lower limb movement and its influence on self-efficacy. Methods 76 patients with lower limb paralysis treated from May 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=38) and observation group(n=38). The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given combined rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group. After 4 months of nursing, the effect of patients was evaluated, and limb function, self-efficacy and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of limb function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 4 months after nursing,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of daily life, health behavior, compliance behavior and emotional management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) in 15 days after nursing;and the nursing methods, rehabilitation guidance forms, guidance contents, nursing service attitude and overall satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The degree was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation guidance can improve limb function, self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of patients after paralysis, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
