摘要
目的研究超声引导下^125I粒子植入联合射频消融术对结直肠癌肝转移的疗效。方法选择79例结直肠癌肝转移患者,随机分为两组。对照组在超声的引导植入125I粒子,观察组联合采取射频消融术。比较两组的近期疗效、免疫功能改变情况和远期疗效。结果观察组的有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的T细胞因子水平均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组更为明显(P<0.05);经过随访发现,观察组的1年生存率为79.49%(31/39),与对照组的77.50%(31/40)相比无明显的差异(P>0.05);但观察组的1年无进展生存率为51.28%(20/39),明显高于对照组的27.50%(11/40)(P<0.05)。结论超声引导下125I粒子植入联合射频消融术对结直肠癌肝转移具有较好的近期和远期疗效,并能在一定程度上改善及保护患者的免疫功能。
Objective To study the effect of ultrasound guided 125I seeds implantation combined with radiofrequency ablation on colorectal cancer liver metastases.Methods 79 cases of patients with colorectal cancer liver metastases was divided into 2 groups randomly.The control group was implanted with 125I particles guided by ultrasound,and the observation group received radiofrequency ablation.The short-term curative effect,the change of immune function and the long-term curative effect of the 2 groups were compared.Results The short-term effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of T cytokines in the 2 groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05);the 1-year survival rate of the observation group was 79.49%(31/39)was not significantly different from 77.50%(31/40)of the control group(P>0.05),but the 1-year progression-free survival rate of the observation group was 51.28%(20/39),significantly higher than the control group 27.50%(11/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound guided 125I seed implantation combined with radiofrequency ablation has a good short-term and long-term effect on liver metastasis of colorectal cancer,and can improve and protect the immune function of patients to a certain extent.
