摘要
石英砂主要成分为SiO2,由于它价格优廉,化学性质稳定,在涂料中不仅有填充作用,而且刷涂性能,流平性及耐候性都十分良好。试验通过使用1250目石英粉替换不同的聚氨酯涂料体系中的粉料,测试新配方与原配方油漆的漆膜性能,从而确定石英粉在不同的油漆体系中的性能。
The main component of quartz sand is SiO2.Because of its low price and stable chemical properties,it not only fills in coatings,but also has good brushing performance,leveling and weathering resistance.In this experiment,1250#quartz powder was used to replace the powder in different polyurethane paint systems,and the film properties of the new formulation and the original formulation were tested to determine the performance of quartz powder in different paint systems.
