摘要
【目的】为探究链霉菌JD211所产活性物质对采后柑橘贮藏保鲜的效果。【方法】采用链霉菌JD211活性物质涂膜处理采后柑橘,以蒸馏水为对照,分别测定柑橘果实品质、抗性酶活等指标。【结果】链霉菌JD211发酵活性物质对意大利青霉和指状青霉抑菌圈为20.02、25.95 mm,有强烈抑菌效果;贮藏第20天,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶(GUN)JD211涂膜较对照组高53.35%;第50天,果实过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总糖(TSC)JD211涂膜处理分别较对照组高22.73%、6.46%;第60天,果实可滴定酸(TA)、几丁质酶(CHT)JD211涂膜处理较对照组高41.41%、94.28%,过氧化氢(H2O2)、丙二醛(MDA)、脂氧合酶(LOX)对照组较JD211涂膜处理提高416.67%、56.84%、62.34%。【结论】链霉菌JD211活性物质涂膜处理采后柑橘,可以有效降低柑橘的腐烂率,延缓果实品质的下降,增强柑橘的抗病性。因此链霉菌JD211活性物质有开发成采后柑橘保鲜剂的潜力。
【Objective】The study aimed to explore the effect of active substances produced by Streptomyces JD211 on postharvest citrus storage and preservation.【Method】Postharvest citrus was treated with Streptomyces JD211 active material coating,and distilled water was used as control to study its effects on citrus fruit quality and enzyme activity.【Result】The results showed that the active substance of Streptomyces sp.JD211 was 20.02 and 25.95 mm against Penicilliμm Italialis and P.digitatum,which had strong antibacterial effect.On the 20 th day of storage,β-1,3-glucanase(GUN)The film of JD211 was 53.35%higher than that of the control group.On the 50 th day,the treatment of fruit catalase(CAT)and total sugar(TSC)JD211 was 22.73%and 6.46%higher than that of the control group.On the 60 th day,the fruit could be Titration acid(TA),chitinase(CHT)JD211 coating treatment was 41.41%,94.28%higher than the control group,hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),malondialdehyde(MDA),lipoxygenase(LOX)control group compared with JD211 coating treatment,it increased by 416.67%,56.84%and 62.34%.【Conclusion】Streptomyces JD211 active substance is applied to treat postharvest citrus,which can effectively reduce the rot rate of citrus,delay the decline of fruit quality,and enhance the disease resistance of citrus.Therefore,the Streptomyces JD211 active substance has the potential to be developed into a post-harvest citrus preservative.
