摘要
【目的】烟苗素质是烟叶优质丰产的基础,直接影响移栽后烟株田间生长发育、产质量及品质,本文为培育出齐、壮、健、旺、抗逆性强的烟苗,寻找获得优质烟叶的新途径。【方法】以云烟99为材料,采用3种不同光质的LED灯管作为光源,同时设置3个水平GA3浓度,通过温室育苗和大田试验,研究光照与赤霉素(GA3)处理的不同素质的烟苗移栽到大田后其烟叶生长发育及产、质量的变化。【结果】补充光照和喷施适宜浓度的GA3能有效增加叶片SPAD值,提高烟苗光合作用,同时增强烟苗根系活力,增加营养物质吸收,促进烟苗生长。将补充光照和喷施GA3处理的烟苗移栽到大田,团棵期至现蕾期长势增强,田间长相整齐一致,烟叶化学品质有所提升,各处理产量、均价、产值、中上等烟比例、上等烟比例以及单叶重均呈增加趋势,经济性状得以增加。其中以补充蓝光和喷施50 mg/L GA3组合处理最佳。【结论】光照和GA3处理烤烟不仅能够促进烟苗生长,而且能够提高烟叶生长后期的内在品质及经济效益,为洛南烟区提高烟苗素质和烤烟产质量提供了简单可行的技术手段。
【Objective】The quality of tobacco seedlings is the basis of high-quality and high-yield tobacco leaves,which directly affects the growth,yield,quality and quality of tobacco plants after transplanting.In order to cultivate a neat,strong,healthy,vigorous and stress-resistant tobacco seedling,the present paper aims to look for high-quality tobacco leaves.【Method】The new approach used Yunyan 99 as the material and three different light quality LED tubes as the light source,and set three levels of GA3 concentration,through greenhouse seedlings and field experiments to study the different qualities of light and gibberellin(GA3)treatment.Growth and development of the tobacco leaves and the changes in yield and quality of the tobacco seedlings was observed.【Result】The results showed that supplemental illumination and spraying of appropriate concentration of GA3 could effectively increase the SPAD value of leaves,increase the photosynthesis of tobacco seedlings,enhance the root activity of tobacco seedlings,increase the absorption of nutrients and promote the growth of tobacco seedlings.The tobacco seedlings supplemented with light and sprayed with GA3 were transplanted to the field,and the growth period from the group to the bud stage was enhanced.The field appearance was uniform and the chemical quality of the leaves was improved.The yield,average price,output value,middle and upper,etc.of each treatment were improved.The proportion of smoke,the proportion of superior smoke,and the weight of single leaves all showed an increasing trend,and economic traits increased.Combination of blue light and 50 mg/L GA3 treatment resulted in best results.【Conclusion】Therefore,light and GA3 treatment of flue-cured tobacco can not only promote the growth of tobacco seedlings,but also improve the intrinsic quality and economic benefits of tobacco growing stage,and provide a simple and feasible technical means for improving the quality of tobacco seedlings and the quality of flue-cured tobacco in Luonan tobacco area.
