削弱轴向磁场永磁同步风力发电机齿槽转矩方法的研究 被引量:1

摘要 齿槽转矩是电机转矩脉动的主要来源,严重时会使电机产生振动和噪声,出现转速波动,使电机不能平稳运行,影响电机的性能.为了减弱轴向磁场永磁风力发电机的齿槽转矩,在提议的10 kW双转子单定子轴向磁场风力发电机电磁方案的基础上,使用三维有限元法从定子半磁性槽楔、斜极和两转子盘相对偏移对电机齿槽转矩的影响等方面进行研究,并对电机进行优化设计和仿真,仿真结果证明,通过增加磁性槽楔并在槽楔中间开槽,转子磁钢斜极和偏移两转子盘相对位置等措施可以有效减弱轴向磁场永磁电机的齿槽转矩. The cogging torque is the main source of motor torque,which can cause vibration and noise in the motor,and the occurrence of the speed fluctuation,so that the motor cannot run smoothly and affects the performance of the motor.In order to reduce the cogging torque of the axial magnetic field permanent magnet wind turbine,this paper uses the three-dimensional finite element method to form the stator pole shape and groove based on the proposed 10 kW dual-rotor single-arc axial magnetic field wind turbine electromagnetic scheme.The influence of the relative offset of the wedge,the inclined pole and the two rotor discs on the cogging torque of the motor is simulated.The simulation results show that by using magnetic wedge which is slotted,inclined pole and shifting the place of the two rotor discs,the cogging torque of the axial magnetic field permanent magnet motor can be weakened effectively.
