摘要
目的文章通过分析GE Datex-Ohmeda Aestiva/5系列的麻醉机的故障原因,总结了维修方法以及思路。方法以三例设备故障情况(动态潮气量补偿关闭、窒息报警、无法开机)为例,我们进行了检修、故障排除。结果动态潮气量补偿关闭故障是因为呼吸回路里长期大量积水而造成的;窒息报警故障是由于PEEP阀输出的控制气压力不稳定而造成的;无法开机故障是由于35 V27μF电容损坏而造成的。结论由于麻醉机常年高负荷使用,容易出现各种故障现象。维护人员需要全面掌握麻醉机结构原理,能够熟练进行常见故障的维修处理来保障设备运行,满足手术需要。
Objective To summarize the maintenance methods and ideas by analyzing the causes of the malfunction of the GE Datex-Ohmeda Aestiva/5 series of anesthesia machines.Methods In the case of three equipment failures:dynamic tidal volume compensation shutdown,suffocation alarm,and failure to start as an example,we performed maintenance and troubleshooting.Results Dynamic tidal compensation closure failure was caused by long-term water accumulation in the respiratory circuit;asphyxiation alarm failure was caused by the unstable control pressure of the output of PEEP valve;failure to start was caused by the damage of 35 V 27 uF capacitor.Conclusion With the high-load use of anesthesia machine all the year round,it is prone to various malfunctions.Maintenance personnel need to fully grasp the structure and principle of anesthesia machine,and be skilled in the maintenance of common faults to ensure the operation of equipment and meet the needs of surgery.
