摘要
目的探讨早期医护一体康复护理对股骨粗隆骨折患者术后关节功能的影响,评价其护理方法的可行性。方法选取2017年1月-2018年11月在本院收入院的100名手术患者采用随机数表法将受试者随机分为两组,对两组患者进行不同护理措施,并对相关护理方法进行了评价。结果“一体组”肿胀消退时间、骨痂出现时间、骨折愈合时间均明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);髋关节活动度中屈曲、内外旋、外展等指标与早期医护一体康复护理的关系,屈曲(t=0.184,P<0.05)、内外旋(t=0.113,P<0.05)、外展(t=0.146,P<0.05)均与一体组成弱正相关;股骨粗隆骨折患者增加早期医护一体康复护理,对髋关节活动度屈曲(OR=1.39)、内外旋(OR=1.35)、外展(OR=1.62)均有升高的影响,早期医护一体康复护理是股骨粗隆骨折患者术后髋关节活动度的重要影响因素。结论本研究表明早期医护一体康复护理对于股骨粗隆骨折患者术后关节功能是一种十分有必要的护理措施,建议广泛推广使用。
Objective To explore the effect of early integrated rehabilitation nursing on postoperative joint function in patients with femoral trochanteric fracture,and evaluate the feasibility of nursing methods.Methods From January 2017 to November 2018,100 surgical patients admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups using the random number table method.The nursing measures of the two groups were different and the nursing methods were evaluated.Results The swelling regression time,callus occurrence time and fracture healing time of the"one group"were significantly better than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The relationship between flexion,internal and external rotation,abduction and other indicators of hip joint mobility and integrated rehabilitation nursing in early stage of medical care,Buckling(t=0.184,P<0.05),the internal and external screw(t=0.113,P<0.05),and outreach(t=0.146,P<0.05)and integration of weak positive correlation.For patients with femoral trochanteric fracture,the addition of early integrated rehabilitation nursing with medical care has an increased impact on hip flexion(OR=1.39),pronation(OR=1.35)and abduction(OR=1.62).Early integrated rehabilitation nursing was an important influencing factor of postoperative hip joint mobility in patients with femoral trochanteric fracture.Conclusion This study shows that early stage integrated rehabilitation nursing is a very necessary nursing measure for postoperative joint function of patients with femoral trochanteric fracture,and it is recommended to popularize it widely.
