摘要
经济领域的供给侧结构改革对高等教育发展提出了新要求,产教融合对于解决人才供给与产业需求之间的关键在于人才培养体系中各环节的有机街接。从创建产业学院、改革创新机制、搭建创新平台等方面提出了三大举措,持续深化应用型大学的产教融合,实现"专业链、产业链、利益链"有机衔接,形成一条合作共赢、共荣发展的人才培养新模式,为地方性本科院校提升应用型人才培养质量提供参考。
Supply side structural reforms in the economy field have raised a new demand for the higher education. The key of industry-education integration to solving the contradiction between talent supply and industrial demand lies in the organic connection of each link in the talent training system. The three major measures of industrial college establishment, innovation mechanism reform and innovation platform building had been put forward in this paper. The production-education integration of applied universities was keeping and promoting the organic connection of specialty chain, industry chain and profit chain, The new training mode of a win-win cooperation and common prosperity bold talent development was promoted. The construction of this mode has an important reference value for improving the quality of cultivating applied talents of the local higher educational institutions.
