摘要
目的:探讨低碘对比剂摄入量在降低胸部增强CT扫描患者不良反应发生率中的应用价值。方法:选取拟行胸部增强CT检查的患者160例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各80例。实验组的对比剂浓度、给药速率与用量分别为含碘300mg/mL、2 mL/s、1.2mL/kg×体重,对照组对分别为含碘370mg/mL、3 mL/s、1.5mL/kg×体重。比较两组患者的图像质量评分、主动脉CT值、碘摄入量、对比剂不良反应发生率。结果:两组图像质量评分均满足临床诊断要求,且差异无统计学意义(Z=0.273,P>0.05)。实验组的对比剂总体不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(5.0%vs18.8%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.553,P<0.05)。实验组的碘对比剂摄入量和主动脉CT值明显低于对照组[(21.44±5.31)g vs (34.44±6.82)g,(200.9±10.9)HU vs(252.2±11.5)HU],差异有统计学意义(t=-6.827,P<0.05;t=-6.769,P<0.05)。结论:低碘对比剂摄入量用于胸部增强CT扫描,可在保证图像质量的同时,明显降低患者的不良反应发生率。
Objective:To explore the application of low-dose iodine contrast agent in reducing the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with chest enhanced CT scan.Methods:A total of 160 patients undergoing enhanced chest CT examination were divided into two groups,the experimental group(n=80)and the control group(n=80).The concentration,injectionrate and dosage of contrast agent were 300 mg/mL iodine,2 m L/s and 1.2 mL/kg × body weight in the experimental group,and they were 370 mg/mL iodine,3 m L/s and 1.5 mL/kg×body weight in the control group.Image quality,CT value of aorta,iodine intake and adverse reaction rate in two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the image quality between two groups(Z=0.273,P>0.05).The adverse reaction rate(5.0%)in the experimental group was significantly lower(X^2=8.553,P<0.05)than that in the control group(18.8%).Iodine intake and CT value of aorta in the experimental group[(21.44±5.31)g,(200.9±10.9)HU]were significantly lower(t:-6.827,-6.769,P<0.0 5)than those in the control group[(34.44±6.82)g,(252.2±11.5)HU].Conclusion:Using low dose iodine contrast agent in the chest enhanced CT scan can ensure image quality,and significantly reduce adverse reaction rates.
