摘要
现阶段,我国食品生产及加工中依然存在诸多问题,食品微生物检测也有待完善。食品微生物检测模式的创新性与可靠性对食品微生物检测、食品安全与风险降低的影响颇大,基于此,本文剖析与探讨了食品微生物检测中存在的问题,为下一步工作的开展提供依据参考。
At present,there are still many problems in food production and processing in China,and the detection of food microorganisms needs to be improved.The innovation and reliability of the food microbial detection model have a great impact on food microbial detection,food safety and risk reduction.In this study,the analysis and discussion of food microbial detection were carried out to provide reference for the next work.
