摘要
柜内空气凝露是变电站开关柜运行中出现闪络故障的主要诱因。基于凝露形成的机理分析,本文提出了采用电缆沟进线的高压开关柜内消除凝露的技术实施方案,通过使电缆沟与开关室内空气温湿度参数趋于均匀,有效避免了高压开关柜内凝露的产生。经工程实践检验,该技术方案切实可行。
Condensation of air in the cabinet is the main cause of flashover failure in the operation of substation switch cabinet.Based on the mechanism analysis of condensation formation,the technical implementation scheme of eliminating condensation in high-voltage switch cabinet with cable trench inlet is proposed.By keeping the air temperature and humidity parameters in cable trench and switch room to be uniform,condensation in high-voltage switch cabinet is effectively avoided.The engineering practice proves that the technical scheme is feasible.
