摘要 目前,表面贴装技术的定位已从连接、组装等一般性生产技术逐步演变为实现高度多样化电子信息设备的一个关键技术。表面贴装工艺的重要组成部分是贴装,贴装过程涉及到的问题较复杂,难度很高,需要学员反复实训来掌握贴装工艺。而贴片机设备价格昂贵,设备精密,现有设备无法满足现有大批量学生的实训,另外实训环节贴片原件损耗量很大,实训成本过高。虚拟仿真软件仿真电子元件表面贴装设备的工作流程,模拟对电路板贴装工艺贴片环节,实现贴装设备基础贴装的逻辑及对应工序动作。用于教学实训,从而节约大量的教学成本。 Atpresent,the positioning of surface mounting technology has gradually evolved fromgeneral production technology such as connection and assembly to a key technology for realizing highly diversified electronic information equipment.Surface mounting process is an important part of the mounting process.The problems involved in the mounting process are complex and difficult.It requires repeated training to master the mounting process.But the mounter equipment is expensive and precise,and the existing equipment cannot meet the training of a large number of students.In addition,the original parts of the mounter in the training link are consumed a lot,and the training costis too high.Virtual simulation software simulates the workflowof electronic component surface mounting equipment,simulates the process of circuit board mounting,realizes the logic of basic mounting equipment and corresponding process actions.It can be used in teaching and training to save a lot of teaching cost.
