摘要
设计搭建了新型定子线棒多因子老化平台,对抽水蓄能发电电动机定子线棒进行电、热及机械振动多因子老化试验,测量定子线棒在老化试验各老化周期后和部分周期中的介质损耗因数和电容值,并利用扫描电镜对老化后的绝缘层材料进行观察。结果表明:在测试电压高于一定值时,介质损耗因数随老化周期的增加而增大;在不同测试电压下,电容均随老化周期的增加而减小;介质损耗因数增量及电容增量均随老化周期的增加而增大;在影响介电性能变化的各老化因子中,冷热循环老化和机械振动老化起主要作用;结合老化线棒的局部放电起始电压和绝缘层老化试样的显微结构认为,多因子联合老化使得线棒主绝缘内产生的越来越多气隙等缺陷是导致其性能劣化的主要原因。
A new stator bar multi-factor ageing platform was designed and built, and then multi-factor ageing tests of electricity, heat, and mechanical vibration were conducted on stator bars of pumped-storage generator-motor. The dielectric loss factor and capacitance of stator bars after each ageing cycle and during partial cycles were measured, and the aged insulation layer material was observed by SEM. The results show that the dielectric loss factor increases with the increase of ageing cycles when the measurement voltage is higher than a certain value. The capacitance decreases with the increase of ageing cycles under different measurement voltages. Both the dielectric loss factor increment and capacitance increment increase with the increase of ageing cycles. Among the ageing factors that affect dielectric properties, thermal-cooling cycle ageing and mechanical vibration ageing play the main role. Combined with the partial discharge inception voltage and microstructure of the aged samples, it is considered that the more and more air gaps and other defects caused by multi-factor ageing are the main reason for the deterioration of stator bars performance.
