摘要
对智能电能表的电能计量基本原理进行分析,结合实际工作经验,提出了一种基于快速推算法的智能电能表计量检查方法。根据电能表常数并结合其脉冲数所得出的负荷值与经过实际测得的电流所计算出的负荷值进行比较,用经验近似值代替复杂的计算值,从而迅速判断出使用该表的用户是否存在窃电和超容等扰乱用电秩序的行为,及时杜绝许多现场不合理的计量方式与窃电等情况的发生。
This paper analyzes the basic principle of the power measurement of the intelligent electricity meter, and puts forward a method of measuring inspection of the intelligent electricity meter based on the fast calculation method. The load value derived from electricity meter constant and the pulse value is compared with the value calculated from the actually measured current;the empirical approximation replaces the complicated calculation value, thereby to quickly determine whether the meter users have conducted some misbehavior to disturb the order of electricity use, such as theft of electricity and supercapacity, therefore eliminating the unreasonable site measurement methods and electricity thefts.
