摘要
四川氟碳铈稀土矿中因氟碳酸根络离子的存在,无法直接用酸、碱进行反应打开,因此,在进行酸碱化学处理之前,需用高温进行焙烧活化。本文针对这一情况,进行了相关的技术研究。经过一步高温焙烧后,盐酸法氧化率≥88%,盐酸一次浸出率≥70%,从而提高了稀土回收率,降低了后续工序中氢氧化钠的消耗,达到了预期的效果。
Due to the presence of fluorocarbonate complex ions in the fluorocarbon lanthanum rare earth mines in Sichuan,it is impossible to directly open the reaction with acid or alkali.Therefore,it is necessary to use high temperature for calcination activation before the acid-base chemical treatment.In this paper,relevant technical research is carried out in response to this situation.After one-step high-temperature roasting,the oxidation rate of hydrochloric acid method is≥88%,and the primary leaching rate of hydrochloric acid is≥68%,thereby increasing the recovery rate of rare earth and reducing the consumption of sodium hydroxide in the subsequent process,and achieving the expected effect.
