摘要
矿产资源是社会经济稳步发展的重要保障,而在经济持续增长的背后却暴露出了严峻的矿山地质环境问题。目前,党与政府制定了“绿色矿山”的地质环境治理目标,但是矿产资源开发造成的地质环境问题是长期的,而且破坏力极强,矿山地质环境治理是需要一个过程的,需要持续的生态修复投入。由此就需要顺应时代发展趋势,以“五位一体”、“四个全面”战略布局作为指导,有目标性地实施矿山地质环境治理。
Mineral resources is an important guarantee for the steady development of social economy,but the serious problems of mine Geological environment are exposed behind the sustained economic growth.At present,the party and the government have set the goal of"green mine"Geological environment management,but the geological environment problems caused by mineral resources development are long-term,and the destructive power is extremely strong.Mine Geological environment management needs a process and needs continuous ecological restoration investment.Therefore,it is necessary to follow the development trend of the times,take the"five parts"and"four comprehensive"strategic layouts as guidance,and implement the geological environment management of mines in a targeted manner.
