摘要
采用离子液体BmimCl/DMSO混合体系对羊毛进行整理,以改善其亲水性能。通过SEM观察了处理前后羊毛纤维表面形态的变化,利用X射线衍射仪分析了羊毛纤维结晶度的变化,采用MIT测试了处理前后羊毛的机械性能损伤。结果表明:经过BmimCl/DMSO处理后,羊毛纤维表面部分鳞片层被剥除,纤维内部致密的二硫键交联网络和氢键结构被破坏,羊毛纤维的亲水性有较大提升,羊毛纱线的断裂延伸率明显提高。此外,用新诺伦中性红和酸性普拉红对处理前后的羊毛分别进行恒温染色。结果显示,由于经BmimCl/DMSO处理后羊毛纤维鳞片层被破坏,促进了染料分子向纤维内部扩散,使羊毛染色性能有较大提升。
Wool is treated with BmimCl ionic liquid/DMSO mixed system to improve its hydrophilicity.The surface morphology of fiber is observed by SEM, and the crystallinity of the fiber is analyzed by Xray diffraction. The mechanical properties of wool are also tested. The results show that, after being treated by the BmimCl/DMSO, the cuticle on the surface of wool fiber is partly removed, and part of the disulfide cross-linking network and hydrogen bond structure are destroyed, the hydrophilicity and the breaking elongation of the wool are improved. Two dyes namely Sinolan Neutral Red and Weak Acid Pula Red are applied to the wool dyeing. It is verified that under the same conditions, the BmimCl/DMSO treatment destroyes the scale layer of wool fiber, which promotes the diffusion of dye molecules into the fiber, thus improving the dyeing efficiency of wool greatly.
