摘要
针对稀土电解炉阴极钨棒局部腐蚀的问题,通过生产现场调研与实验检测两个部分对失效原因进行分析。生产现场调研主要目的是调查钨阴极的使用过程、环境和寿命等,实验检测主要目的是分析钨阴极的腐蚀机理,结合两者分析阴极钨棒的腐蚀原因及其过程。分析表明,钨阴极的腐蚀行为主要是在缩颈处,该区域发生严重的沿晶腐蚀,而其他部位腐蚀较轻,生产现场的温度、气流、生产工艺对缩颈产生很大影响。
Aiming at the problem of local corrosion of tungsten rod,the failure reason was analyzed through on-site investigation and experimental detection.The main purpose of on-site investigation is to investigate the use process,environment and life of tungsten cathode.The main purpose of experimental detection is to analyze the corrosion mechanism of tungsten cathode,and to analyze the cause and process of corrosion of tungsten cathode rod.The analysis shows that the corrosion behavior of tungsten cathode is mainly in the necking area,where serious intergranular corrosion occurs,while the corrosion of other parts is relatively light.The temperature,gas flow and production process in the production site have a great impact on necking.
