摘要
本文以S高校2016届家庭经济困难大学生为研究对象,实证分析学生资助的就业效应。研究发现,资助力度越大,起薪越高,随着分位数的提高,正向影响加重;奖学金对起薪有显著促进作用,分位数越高,奖学金回报率越高;助学金、贷款对起薪的平均边际效果为正,中低分位上,助学金对起薪的影响为正,高分位上,助学金的影响为负;奖学金回报率最大,贷款回报率次之,助学金回报率最低;资助力度越大,学生选择非教育类行业、行政管理服务类职业的概率越高;奖学金越多,选择教育类行业、专业技术类职业的概率越高;助学金或贷款越多,选择非教育类行业、行政管理服务类职业的概率越高。因此,实现工资溢价和理想发展,家庭经济困难大学生要加大自身教育投资、科学选择资助方式,做好生涯规划,高校要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,加大资助资金投入,积极探索发展型资助,促进学生资助与就业指导的深度融合。
This paper takes the financial difficulties students graduated in 2016 in S University as the object,makes an empirical analysis of the employment effect of financial aids. The finding is that the higher the aid level,the higher the starting salary,with the increase of the quantile,the positive effect increased;Scholars has a significant effect on starting salary,the higher the quantile,the higher the return rate;The average marginal effect of grants or loans on starting salary was positive,and the influence of grants was positive in the low and middle quantile,while the influence was negative in the high quantile;The return rate of scholars is the highest,followed by loans,and the return rate of grants is lowest. The higher the aid level,the higher the probability of choosing non-education industry and administration service occupation. The higher the scholars,the higher the probability of choosing education industry and professional technology profession;The higher grants or loans,the higher the probability of choosing non-education industry and administrative service occupation.Therefore,in order to realize the wage premium and ideal development,the financial difficulties students must increase education investment,choose scientific financial aids way,and complete the career planning;In addition,guided by Xi Jinping’s socialist thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,colleges and universities must Increase funds,actively explore development-oriented financial aids,and promote the in-depth integration of financial aids and career guidance.
