摘要
某型飞机在飞行过程中出现前起落架放下功能故障,地面检查时故障不复现,分解过程中发现驱动前起落架收放的作动筒内橡胶密封圈断裂失效。文中结合橡胶密封圈的特性参数,作动筒的工作原理,建立了前起落架收放动态模型,针对放下过程中该失效密封圈对作动筒的工作压力影响进行仿真计算,进一步分析其对放下功能的影响,给出分析结论,为此次故障的原因调查提供了理论基础和技术支持。
In the course of flight,the fault the nose landing gear retraction and release system occurred in a certain type of aircraft,and the fault of the ground inspection did not recur.During the decomposition,it was found that the rubber sealing ring in the actuating cylinder of the driving nose landing gear was broken and failed.In this paper,combined with the characteristic parameters of rubber sealing ring and the working principle of the actuator,the dynamic model of the nose landing gear is established.According to the simulation calculation of the influence of the sealing ring on the collecting and discharging function is further analyzed,and the analysis conclusion is given,which provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the investigation of the cause of the fault.
