摘要
脑梗死的特点是发病早,兴奋性毒性引起神经元损伤。细胞死亡的早期阶段触发炎症反应,通过凋亡机制加重神经元损伤。细胞死亡的早期阶段触发炎症反应,通过凋亡机制加重神经元损伤。神经调节蛋白(NRG)及其酪氨酸激酶受体(ErbB)在缺血性脑损伤中上调,并具有神经保护作用。NRG/ErbB通路是一种新的有效的神经保护策略,对缺血性卒中后的神经保护作用具有潜在的治疗价值。近年来,越来越多的学者研究针刺对脑梗死后的神经保护作用,其机制之一是通过调控内源性神经调节蛋白的表达。本研究通过探讨针刺调控NRG/ErbB通路对脑梗死后神经保护的作用机制,为今后发掘针刺在脑梗死后神经保护作用的研究提供科学依据。
Cerebral infarction is characterized by early onset and neuronal damage caused by excitotoxicity.The early stage of cell death triggers inflammation and aggravates neuronal damage through apoptotic mechanisms. The early stage of cell death triggers inflammation reaction,and neuron is damaged dramatically due to apoptosis. Neuregulin( NRG) and the receptor of tyrosine kinase( ErbB) are up-regulated in ischemic brain injury and have neuroprotective effect. NRG/ErbB pathway is a new and effective neuroprotective strategy,which has potential therapeutic value for neuroprotective effect after ischemic stroke. In recent years,more and more scholars have studied the regulation effect of acupuncture on endogenous neuroregulatory protein expression. This study intended to summarize,analyze and prospect the research on the mechanism of acupuncture regulating NRG/ErbB pathway on neuroprotection after cerebral infarction,so as to provide ideas and scientific basis for exploring the mechanism of acupuncture’s neuroprotection after cerebral infarction in the future.
