摘要
骨关节炎是一种累及关节及其周围组织的常见退行性疾病,随着全球人口老年化进程,预计2020年骨关节炎可能成为第四大致残性疾病,迄今尚无特效疗法。针灸治疗骨关节炎疗效显著,但作用机制不明。本研究综述针灸对骨关节炎软骨细胞、细胞外基质、软骨下骨、滑膜组织、炎症反应以及信号通路的影响,阐述针灸治疗骨关节炎的作用机制。
Osteoarthritis( OA) is a common degenerative disease involving joints and surrounding tissues. With the aging process of the global population,it may become the fourth disability disease in 2020,and there is no specific treatment so far. Acupuncture and moxibustion has remarkable curative effect on OA, but its mechanism is unclear. This study mainly reviewed the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on chondrocytes,extracellular matrix,subchondral bone,synovial tissue,inflammatory response and signaling pathways,trying to elaborate the action mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating OA.
