摘要
对某集装箱船上层建筑出现的振动问题进行模态分析,找出引起其振动的主要激励源。在此基础上,提出几种增强上层建筑刚度的振动控制方案,并将其频率计算结果与激励频率相对比;同时,采用避开激励频率的方法给出上层建筑振动控制的优化方案。经实船振动测试,该优化方案的上层建筑振动响应有显著减少,验证了振动控制方法的有效性。
The vibration problem of container ship’s superstructure is analyzed by modal analysis and the primary exciting source is found out. On the basis, several vibration control schemes to enhance its stiffness are proposed. By comparing the calculated frequency with the excitation frequency, the method of avoiding the excitation frequency is adopted, and the optimization scheme of superstructure vibration control is given. The vibration response of superstructure of the optimized scheme has been significantly reduced by the vibration test of the real ship, which verifies the effectiveness of the vibration control method.
