摘要
长钢1号高炉中修优化设计采用了最新的工艺、设备和技术,如厚壁炉型改薄壁内衬炉型、工业循环水改软水密闭循环冷却系统、炉底炉缸炭砖+小块陶瓷杯改炭砖+大块陶瓷杯垫结构、出铁场平坦化改造、除尘系统升级改造、炉顶均压放散煤气回收等。高炉开炉投产后,炉况稳定顺行,各项指标均优于设计指标,平均利用系数在3.4 t/(m3·d)以上,达到同类型高炉的先进水平。
The medium-term maintenance optimization design of Changgang No.1 blast furnace adopted the latest technology,equipment and technology,such as the change of thick wall profile to thin wall profile,the change of industrial circulating water to soft water closed circulation cooling system,the change of combination of carbon brick and small ceramic cup to the combination of carbon brick and large ceramic cup structure in BF bottom and hearth,the reconstruction of cast house planarization,the upgrading reconstruction of dedusting system,recovery of blast furnace top equalizing gas and so on.After the blast furnace blown in,the furnace condition kept stable and smoothly,and all key indexes were better than the design objective,while the average utilization coefficient was more than 3.4 t/(m3·d),achieving the advanced level for the same type blast furnace.
