摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合护理对老年慢性支气管炎患者疗效及生活质量的影响。方法:将慢性支气管炎老年患者88例随机分为对照组、观察组各44例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予中西医结合护理,包括呼吸康复护理、中医针灸按摩、中医饮食护理、健康教育及情志护理,10天后比较2组护理、治疗效果及患者生活质量、护理满意度、依从性、复发率。结果:总有效率对照组为81.82%,观察组为97.73%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);生活质量、护理满意度、依从性观察组均优于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);复发率观察组低于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合护理可改善老年慢性支气管炎患者生活质量,提高患者护理满意度,降低复发率,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective: To discuss the effects of integrative medicine nursing on quality of life and clinical effects of the elderly patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods: All 88 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 44 cases each group. The control group accepted conventional nursing, and the observation group integrative medicine nursing including respiratory care, acupuncture and massage, TCM dietary care, health education and emotional care, to compare nursing effects, therapeutic effects, quality of life, nursing satisfactory rate, patients’ compliance and relapse rate between both groups in ten days. Results: Total effective rate of the control group was 81.82%, lower than 97.73% of the observation group, and the difference could be found(P<0.05);the observation group was superior to the control group in quality of life, nursing satisfactory rate and patients’ compliance, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the relapse rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference could be found(P<0.05). Conclusion: Integrative medicine nursing could improve quality of life of the patients, lift nursing satisfactory rate, reduce relapse rate and increase clinical effects.
