摘要
猴车作为一种高效的矿井辅助运输设备,在中国各大矿区有着广泛的使用,为矿井生产的持续、高效开展提供了坚实保障。以此为着手点,针对猴车安全保护装置开展分析探究。在对猴车电控安全保护系统结构与设计进行分析的基础上,对基于PLC技术的控制系统做出探究,并对猴车安全保护装置的安装位置选择及设备选型做出分析,希望能为矿井猴车安全保护装置的有效构建提供有力的指导和借鉴。
As efficient mine auxiliary transportation equipment,monkey cars have been widely used in various mining areas in China,which provides a solid guarantee for the continuous and efficient development of mine production.Taking this as a starting point,the safety protection device of monkey cars was analyzed and explored.Based on the analysis of the structure and design of the electric controlled safety protection system of monkey cars,this paper explored the control system based on PLC technology,and made an analysis of the installation location selection and type selection of safety protection device of monkey cars,hoping to provide strong guidance and reference for the effective construction of the safety protection device of mine monkey cars.
