基于广义Ruzicka隔振系统的轨道车辆运行平稳性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究众多参数对轨道车辆平稳性的影响,推导了基于广义Ruzicka隔振系统的轨道车辆垂向模型的振动微分方程,求解出系统的绝对传递率和Sperling平稳性指标,并与传统模型作比较。基于Sobol序列对广义Ruzicka车辆模型参数随机采样,引入Sobol′全局灵敏度分析法,对模型进行平稳性参数的全局灵敏度分析。研究结果表明,广义Ruzicka车辆模型考虑了阻尼器两端的橡胶节点作用,因此比传统模型更贴近轨道车辆实际情况;车体质量、转向架质量、二系悬挂刚度和阻尼变化对车辆平稳性的影响较大;车体点头惯量和转向架点头惯量的变化对平稳性的影响较小;二系悬挂阻尼和其他参数之间存在明显的交互作用。 The paper derivates the differential equation of motion for vertical model of railway vehicle based on generalized Ruzicka vibration isolation system,obtains the absolute transmissibility and Sperling index for ride quality of the generalized Ruzicka vehicle model,and compares with the traditional model.The parameters involved in the vehicle model are sampled randomly based on the Sobol sequence,the Sobol'global sensitivity analysis method is employed to carry out the global sensitivity analysis of the model's stability index.Tt takes rubber nodes of the damper into consideration compared with the traditional vehicle model,so the generalized Ruzicka vehicle model is closer to actual situation of the rail vehicle because.The vehicle mass,bogie mass,second suspension stiffness and damping play remarkable roles on the stability of rail vehicle,while the vehicle nodding inertia and bogie nodding inertia have little effects relatively on the stability of rail vehicle.The second suspension damping has obvious interactions with other parameters.
