摘要
研制了一套石油开采智能配注工具实验系统,主要由泵单元、管路流程、模拟井筒、液压与电气子系统、数据采集与控制子系统组成。系统设计了双泵供液和2个流量检测回路,在0.08~15.00m^3/h流量范围内达到了2%的流量控制精度;采用高低压泵匹配方式,实现了0~25 MPa压力范围的稳定控制;采用计算机+PLC+组态软件,实现了多级流量循环控制。最后用实验证明了该系统可以满足对石油开采智能配注工具进行流量和压力控制与检测的技术要求。
It introduces an experimental system for oil production intelligent injection tools,which consists of pump unit,pipeline circuits,simulation well bore,hydraulic and electrical subsystem,data acquisition and control subsystem.The system consists of two pumps and two flow rate detection circuits to meet the detection flow range of 0.08~15.00 m 3/h with 2%accuracy.The high pressure pump and low pressure pump perform the stability control pressure range of 0~25 MPa.By means of the computer+PLC+configuration software,the system realizes the multi-step flow rate cycle control.The test data shows that the system can meet the technical requirements of flow rate and pressure control and detection for oil production intelligent injection tools.
